HOW THE APPLICATION PROCESS WORKS
Application Approval
A friendly representative from Veriseal will contact you to determine your needs and volumes. A Service Level Agreement is concluded between your business and Veriseal.
Application is made at Payment Association of South Africa for an abbreviated name for your business. (example: JoesWifi). Once the application is approved, a username and password will be allocated to you in order to access the Veriseal system.
The process explained
Simply upload your debit orders in an easy CSV format onto the Veriseal system (Veriseal is compatible with various accounting software packages). A bank account will be allocated to you on the Veriseal system and will be visible at any time for your convenience to manage funds collected in real-time.
Funds can be transferred to another business bank account or payments to creditors and employees can be done directly from your dedicated account.
